Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the gear is free of pet hair or debris.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5 business days.
